The Glenwild real estate area of Park City is a private (gated) golf course community considered to be one of the best in the state. Its course has been rated #1 in the state for 5 of the last 6 years. It has a beautiful restaurant and club facility with fantastic views of Park City's ski resorts. The community consists of 200 single family home lots with approximately half of those currently finished or in the process of completion. The Silver Creek real estate area is an open meadow/valley with views of Park City's ski resorts. Homesites here tend to be on large lots designed for horses. Many of its roads are unpaved (they are maintained) in order to leave a good place to ride. Access to Silver Creek is from the junction of Hwy 40 and Hwy 80.
