Neighborhoods

The Park City Board of Realtors has broken the Park City area into more than 20 distinct neighborhoods in order to better describe property geographically. Areas 1-9 represent the city limits, 10-22 are the Snyderville Basin, 23-25 are the Jordanelle area. Here is a brief description of each neighborhood (note this is not exhaustive, but should help you to understand Park City better) and a choice property available in each. Please note that while the breakdown into smaller communities helps in defining the city, it does not mean that all things in a community are equal. Subdivisions exist within all of these communities that will have their own distinct feel and "flavor".
